Comprehensive Evaluation Process
- support of VSOs with self-evaluation, including development of individual ‘logic models’ for each project
- formation and co-leadership of a multi-sector steering group
- production of Evaluation Mapping Report based on one-to-one interviews with service-providers
- final Evaluation Report, reflecting investment impact to date across 5 overarching outcomes identified by the steering group. The Report will include the results of client and staff/volunteer focus groups and interviews, as well as input from linked NHS-providers, all coordinated by WSA Community Consultants. The evaluation work is being carried out October to December 2009, and we will complete the final Report by March 2010
