- support of bid and business case development
- development of job descriptions and preparation of all aspects of recruitment
- engaging lawyers to undertake contract and partnership work
- establishing the steering group
- meeting with the Commissioner around progress and the development of the project implementation document (PID) and work plan
- mapping work to source, assess and document literature, reports and initiatives around Mental Health in the Borough to form a key part of the induction for the new team, with completion of a comprehensive Mapping Report
